This means Paddle processes your payment, issues the invoice, handles taxes, and manages refunds or chargebacks.

By making a purchase through Paddle, you also agree to Paddle’s Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).
Refunds or chargebacks will be managed in accordance with Paddle’s own policies.

Sale of physical goods or products requiring material delivery;
Human-based services unrelated to a software offering (e.g., consulting, coaching, custom design);
Advertising, telemarketing, SMS or bulk messaging, network or pyramid schemes;
Marketplaces or platforms for third-party sellers;
Adult, pornographic, or escort content;
Gambling, betting, contests, or lotteries;
Financial products or investment/trading/crypto advice;
Medical, wellness, or pseudo-scientific consultation;
Unauthorized or non-original certifications, courses, or exams;
Ghostwriting or essay mill services;
Unauthorized access tools (spyware, keyloggers, unlocking tools);
Face swap, deepfake, or voice impersonation without explicit consent;
Generation of human faces (real, stylized, or animated) where restricted by Paddle or without proper due diligence.

7. User-Generated Content and Consent

By uploading photos, videos, or text to our site, you grant Tunay.co a limited, non-exclusive license to use them solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

You also confirm that you have obtained explicit consent from any individuals depicted in the content (including voice, likeness, or image).
For minors, consent from parents or legal guardians is required.

You must not upload any material that violates third-party rights, laws, or these Terms.

8. Payments

Payments may be processed via Paddle, Stripe, PayPal, or other secure gateways.
By making a purchase, you warrant that your payment information is accurate and that you authorize the full charge (including applicable taxes).
